Menopause Transition Programs

Structured 1:1 coaching programs informed by neuroscience and mindfulness-based practices

A supportive space for women experiencing the cognitive and emotional shifts of perimenopause and menopause.

A defined space for a complex transition.

Menopause can bring changes that feel unfamiliar.

You may notice shifts in concentration, emotional tolerance, confidence, or energy. Things that once felt steady may feel less predictable.

For many women, the most unsettling part is not the symptoms themselves — it is the erosion of certainty. The sense that you should be coping better. Doing better. Managing it more easily.

These programs offer a structured and supportive space to understand what is changing, strengthen your capacity, and rebuild steadiness during this phase of life.

It is an investment in understanding your brain, your energy, and your internal landscape — so that you can move forward with clarity and renewed self-trust.

This phase deserves attention, not endurance.

Clarity Program

The Structure

Eight sessions over four months.

Designed to provide continuity, reflection, and room to breathe.

Intake Session (75 minutes)

We begin by mapping your current experience:

  • What feels different

  • Where you feel stretched or depleted

  • How work and life are interacting

  • What you want to feel more of by the end of our time together

You leave this session with perspective, language for what is happening, and a clearer sense of direction.

Working Sessions (6 x 60 minutes each)

Across six sessions, we focus on what matters most for you.

This may include:

  • Understanding how hormonal shifts influence attention, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Softening self-criticism linked to fatigue or fluctuating clarity

  • Building steadiness under pressure

  • Strengthening confidence and decision-making

  • Working with energy in a sustainable way

  • Re-establishing boundaries that support recovery

The structure provides direction. Each session adapts to what is present.

Between sessions, you have email support (Monday–Friday, response within two business days) and access to a practical toolkit designed to reinforce and extend the work.

Consolidation Session (60 minutes)

Our final session focuses on integration.

We review what has shifted, what you now understand about your patterns, and how to maintain your gains moving forward.

The intention is lasting steadiness — and the clarity to decide what support, if any, serves you next.

INSIGHT Program

The Structure

Ten sessions over eight months.

Designed to understand what’s happening and translate that into changes you can use day to day.

Intake Session (90 minutes)

Mapping your experience through the INSIGHT lens

We begin by understanding what’s happening across each layer of the framework. This includes:

  • The internal signals you’re experiencing

  • The patterns of thinking forming around them

  • Where pressure, doubt, or frustration is building

  • How this is affecting your confidence and day-to-day functioning

You leave this session with clear language for your experience, a grounded understanding of what’s happening and a direction for the work ahead.

Working Sessions (8 × 75 minutes each)

Applying INSIGHT to your real, lived experience

Across eight sessions, we work through the INSIGHT Framework as it shows up for you.

This is not theoretical.
Each layer is explored in the context of your day-to-day life.

What we work through:

  • How physiological changes are affecting your focus, mood, and energy

  • The patterns of thinking that can increase pressure or self-doubt

  • The expectations shaping how you interpret your experience

  • Shifts in confidence, capability, and sense of self

  • The gap between what you expect of yourself and what is currently realistic

  • How you respond to yourself in more difficult moments

  • Practical ways to work with these changes in daily life

Practical support is built into each session.

Between sessions, you have email support (Monday–Friday, response within two business days) and access to a practical toolkit designed to reinforce and extend the work.

Consolidation Session (75 minutes)

Integration and moving forward

We bring the full INSIGHT framework together.

You leave with:

  • A clear understanding of your patterns

  • A more steady way of responding to yourself

  • Practical ways to continue working with what you’ve learned

The INSIGHT Framework gives you a way to understand all of it and to move through this period with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
